Last lockdown fitness! 😢

Join us tomorrow morning for the last workout for a wee while.

We will be going through upper & lower body workouts with some martial arts & challenges along the way!

This week you will need 2 weights of some sorts. Ideally around 3-5kg so a filled water bottle, can of beans or a real weight if you have one will do 😊

See you bright & early at 10am!
